QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

AUDITORS/LEAD AUDITORS COURSE

This training course is intended for prospective Certification Bodies Auditors, Consultants, Quality Managers, Supervisors and Administrative staff. It also targets those who wish to acquire a complete knowledge of Quality Management Systems. The approved Certificate of successful completion and the opportunity to register with International Personnel Certification Bodies constitute a professional tool in seeking employment. Experience in Quality Management Systems is not a prerequisite.

The course initially focuses on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, followed by a presentation of third party auditing techniques. At this point the instruction starts with definitions, examples of compiling nonconformity reports and – through the use of practical exercises – it focuses on training delegates in designing and implementing third party audits. During these practical exercises, instructors simulate the auditing for certification purposes of an imaginary company. The final 2-hour written examination provides delegates with an approved certificate, awarded by the most prestigious international personnel certification bodies.

Having completed the course, delegates shall be able to design, develop and implement Quality Management Systems; design and implement Quality Improvement Plans and audit Quality Management Systems against the ISO 9001:2000 standard. This course has been designed in order to provide a truly complete training in the ISO 9001:2000 standard and Quality Management System audits according to the ISO 19011 standard in the shortest time possible. Applicants may be private individuals or company executives coming from a wide range of business sectors and company levels.
