The approved Certificate of successful completion and the opportunity to register with International Personnel Certification Bodies constitute a professional tool in seeking employment. Applicants may be private individuals or company executives coming from a wide range of business sectors and company levels. Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and the responsibilities of a Quality Manager is a prerequisite.   The course initially focuses on the analysis of the requirements and guidelines of the ISO 10019:2004 standard, followed by a presentation of various techniques for designing, implementing, monitoring and improving a Quality Management System. The instructor presents the scenarios of different companies who are seeking to recruit a consultant. Playing the part of the managing director of each company, the instructor interviews the groups of delegates, offering them information on his/ her company. The group then has to produce a consulting services tender according to the requirements of the ISO 10019. Each group must appoint a leader who shall present the tender . 18:00 p . m .
